"DRIED FRUIT INFORMATION SERVICE"

The Dried Fruit Information Service (DFIS) has been set up by the National Dried Fruit Trade Association and producing countries to provide a service for the press, answering enquiries on all aspects of dried fruit.

RECIPE LIBRARY

A recipe library is available for editorial use. The library is constantly updated to include new and exciting recipes, offering both sweet and savoury alternatives.

PHOTOGRAPHY

In addition, a photographic library is available, offering transparencies and b&w prints of product in its natural state and illustrations of various recipe suggestions. Alternatively, sponsored features can be commissioned by publications, if budgets permit.
